We are former Big-Time Consulting professionals with a passion for serving clients and making change happen.

Our experience and interests are diverse, but they mainly revolve around the synthesis of process, content and technology to create new capability, improve results and drive value.

Our principals have over 50 years of combined experience helping clients with critical business initiatives.

That's an asset that pays dividends to our clients. At the same time, we are continually re-inventing our approach, and ourselves, in order to deliver the innovative and transformative services our clients need and expect.

We help IT improve the way it operates. We drive change.

Change is simpler and faster when there's a good model to build from, so we've picked some key IT processes and developed everything we think is essential to executing them well: process documentation, tools, instructions, guidelines, organization model and policies.

Our job is to help clients implement the model processes, and adapt them to their unique needs. We do that using our own cloud-based software and market-leading applications of selected partners.

Speed is a key motivation for using RedArch’s IT process models. We rapidly translate our client's vision and goals into a viable plan, prioritize and adjust the plan frequently, and deploy iteratively.

Our client’s success is measured by what they achieve after our work is complete. For that reason, our primary goals are getting understanding, achieving high rates of adoption and, more than anything else, creating self-reinforcing momentum.

As a result, we consider ourselves to be trainers, coaches, guides and supporters for change first, and implementers of processes and systems second.
